The Amaoe U-MTK2 Stencil is a professional BGA reballing stencil specially designed for MediaTek (MTK) CPU and RAM chip repair. Made from premium Japanese stainless steel with a precision 0.12mm thickness, it delivers excellent durability, accurate alignment, and reliable solder ball placement for advanced motherboard repairs.

Its precision laser-cut apertures ensure uniform solder paste application, making it ideal for reballing MediaTek CPU and RAM ICs used in a wide range of smartphones. The stencil is reusable, heat-resistant, and suitable for professional mobile repair technicians and electronics repair workshops.
